1. Product Use
Our waterproof car seat pet cover is intended for use in vehicles to protect upholstery from pet damage. Users must ensure proper installation according to provided instructions and use the product only as designed.

2. Warranty
PawGuard warrants that the pet cover will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers material and workmanship but does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

3. Limitations of Liability
PawGuard is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the pet cover. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance of the pet cover. This includes regular cleaning and inspection for damage. Failure to maintain the product may void warranty coverage.

5. Returns and Refunds
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in original condition with all packaging and documentation included. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.

6. Changes to Terms
PawGuard reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
